If you are interested in buying knock off miners with forged SN, this is your seller. I had ordered an Antminer S21-200T and after a few weeks the machine stopped mining. I send it to the official Bitmain repair shop and here is what they wrote back to me in June 2026:
“The repair team found that this machine is a high imitation product with forged SN, not our company's product. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, but according to the after-sales terms, for machines with SN fraud, we can only return without repair.”
WOYOU declined any responsibility and gave me the birdy. So…my money goes into the garbage bin.
Terrible experience,Initially ordered 2 miners off their website paying by bitcoin.once the payment had gone through I got a WhatsApp saying they were out of stock even though they were still advertised on the site as in stock,they then offered me a used unit for £500 more grudgingly I paid as they wouldn't refund me...When the miner arrived it was missing the top and in poor condition but worked,my complaint was ignored and I was told it was a used unit after only 10 hours the psu shorted out so after complaining I was told I could pay the shipping for another but I gave up at this point £2500 down the drain 😖 AVOID TH8S COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

You chose to proceed with the used unit, which required an additional payment, and we only moved forward with this arrangement after confirming your decision.
Pre-Shipment Verification: Before shipping the used miner, we followed our standard process by providing you with a full test video of the unit to confirm it was working properly. The unit arrived and functioned as expected initially, as noted in your review.
Power Supply Clarification: We want to clarify that the Z15 miner is officially sold without a power supply (PSU). The PSU included with your used unit was a complimentary, free add-on provided as a courtesy. As explained to you at the time, used units are sold without warranty, including any free accessories like the PSU. When the PSU failed due to age-related issues, we offered to send you a replacement PSU at no cost. – you would only need to cover the shipping fees.

I have approach them for Mining Hosting services. They do collect the cost of the rig, shipping to russia farm mining, and 1-Year electric costing.
the rig been randomly offline 7-14 days every 2-3months, then got 1 case they say my rig spoil need some cost to repair (offline another 1month).
and now missing in action and not replying.

These are scammers, the company manager slipped me a wallet for payment (which is different from the wallet number in the contract) I noticed this after paying for the goods 🤦♂️ As a result, this company deceived me for 41600usdt. We’re not scammers. As per the contract, we provided a designated official wallet address, but we haven’t received the payment. This is likely because you didn’t pay to the specified address—consistent with your note of a different wallet. Please check the address you used against our official one. We’re willing to resolve this with your transaction details.
If I could give a minus number I would.we purchased a washing. machine paid money they took our money and today said of delivered it at 12.15pm. No delivery no item. No ability to phone the number or email for a refund or complaint. Will be taking it further with fraud dept with my bank if not remedied asap

Terrible delivery service from WUYOU!
My package was marked as "delivered," but I never received anything. No call, no message — the parcel simply disappeared.
Customer support is useless: either no response at all or they just shift the responsibility to the seller. No one can explain who supposedly delivered it, when, or where.
WUYOU is completely unreliable. I don’t recommend them to anyone.

I had an issue with my miner and it took days for customer service to get back to me. They did fix it, which is good, but I wish their response time was quicker!
I bought 5 AL Boxes. The delivery was very fast. One of them did not meet the computing power requirement. After I contacted them, they directly replaced it with a new one for me. The service was great. I look forward to the next cooperation.
