Our products are sold as annual subscription licenses, and this is clearly mentioned on the product page as well as during checkout. As stated at the time of purchase, the license automatically renews after one year to ensure uninterrupted updates and support. However, customers have full control over their subscriptions, and renewal can be cancelled anytime before the billing date directly from the account dashboard. Once cancelled prior to renewal, no further charges are applied. Please know that we are continuously improving our communication and processes to ensure smoother experiences in the future.
