Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about poor product quality, noting that items arrived made of cheap synthetic materials instead of the advertised natural fabrics. People also mentioned that the delivered goods looked completely different from the online photographs and consistently suffered from major sizing inconsistencies. Buyers additionally stated that return requests were extremely difficult to handle and resolve successfully. Some reviewers were happy with the website and product variety, finding the online ordering process very smooth and easy to navigate. A few consumers also appreciated the attractive clothing designs and large selection of items available to comfortably browse through.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. TOTAL LIARS. They promoted thick amazing well knitted garments i paid over £50.00 and recieved a thin, polyester piece of cheap rubbish. After 15 emails and refusing an offered a discounted repayment of 30% that took 6 months. I am truly disgusted. CURRUPT. Anyone who pits a postie response on here must be in on it with them really. Honestly they nothing to offer.
Easy to select just hope garments are good quality and delivery is also a good experience.
Complete scam, totally shit products 😤
In the past: well pacaged sent several days ahead of posted arrival date. Excellent pricing. Increadable products.
I really love the delicate design of your dresses, they are so beautiful, I am hoping the experience remain so great when I receive the dresses. Thanks.
What a scam. Nothing like the photos. Cheap polyester and printed. I cannot understand why the Web page is still up . Why are you not protecting the consumer. Please do not buy
DO NOT PURCHASE! Complete scam, terrible product, return process useless. If possible I would rate 0 stars
All good short delay in delivery Understanable due to fuel situation Love my new reading glasses Thankyou 😊
These clothes are terrible I will be sending them all back. The material is terrible, the patterns of roses art are ironed on and defiantly do not appear as they did on the models.
Very easy to shop. However, I don't like that you give sizes in cm, then I have to convert to inches. Also the size chart would only go to 3x, it wouldn't scroll down anymore, so I had to guess the 4x in cm. I am 48 bust so I had to choose 4x. I am also christian so I didn't like the witches hats.
Everything online with Wrenoin is unique. I love everything on there. Wish I had found it sooner. The dresses are beautiful and you wouldn’t find the same anywhere else. They are so amazing. All clothes on this site are amazing.
It was an easy ordering process. I am waiting for the products to judge the quality.
They selection of products, how easy the site is to use, the prices, the quality of the products and the format of the site.
This company is a complete scam! You finally receive an item after you complain. They tell you that it is coming from out of this country and it takes time and not to check for the tracking for 5 days. Meanwhile you receive a dress from an address of a person not far away that is not something you ordered. Cheap and too small. Poor quality. I want my money back!
Easy to shop and place and order
I am APPALLED at the “top” I received comparing the photo of what came vs the photo in the listing. I am in the process of asking for a return and a full refund.
Cheap and NOTHING like the pictures on their TikTok posts. UGLY too.
I have received my order after spending over £75.00 what a shock disgusting product. I didn’t read the reviews what an idiot
