Wrenoin feels like a scam.

Wrenoin feels like a scam. The items I received were not as advertised. I asked for a full refund and prepaid return shipping and received neither. After repeatedly offering partial refunds and coupons, the company simply stopped communicating. In my experience, this is a misleading and unacceptable way to do business. I would strongly recommend avoiding Wrenoin.

No Return Policy for an Online Clothes Merchant?

Stupid me, I made an impulse buy before researching Wrenion. The photos made it look like patterns were embroidered but they were just prints. Very deceiving. I bought two shirts of the same size but one was substantially smaller than the other, so much so that I couldn't even try it on. If you order from Wrenion, you better hope it fits because in my opinion, I wouldn't say they have a poor return policy, they HAVE NO return policy. I emailed them and they said they would get back to me which they didn't. So I followed up and they said I should just keep the shirt that didn't fit because it would take at least one month to send it back to China and I would have to pay the shipping cost.

appallingly misrepresented as being linen cotton mix shirt, the cloths are all synthetic non breathing crap, don't match sizing wise and the entire product and system they offer is a scam./ I would never buy from them again. absolute rubbish, printing washed out on firstr wash and when i emailed about this no response STAY AWAY

Delivery problems

I bought some shirts after seeing an ad on the New York Times and am still waiting for delivery well after payment and beyond their promised shipping times. Looking at these reviews I'll be surprised if they ever arrive.

Awful! Won’t issue a refund or return option. The clothing is printed on cheap material and is nothing like the pictures.

A refreshing change..

The process for my purchase was straightforward and followed most from the industry. The selection of merchandise is unique and, while mostly outside my taste, had a couple things with color but were a bit conservative..This is difficult to find. Looking forward to delivery and seeing the actual quality of the product.

Shocking to say the least , not only did it take ages to arrive the shirt is nothing like the photo, the shirt was supposed to be embossed, was it you ask , NO came printed on. Waste of money will not be ordering from these people again. As one reviewers stated should not be trading as misleading customers.

I only gave it 1 star because I couldn't give it 0. There is no way these shirts were ever hand made in a small town in America like their story says. I don't know what this fabric is that they are made of. They don't look like what is advertised and there isn't even a tag inside saying what they are made of and how to launder them. Save your money and don't buy.

I ordered a Halloween custom in October…

I ordered a Halloween custom in October of 2025. I paid an extra $20.00 for 3-day guaranteed shipment and received my custom 3 weeks later. Well into November. I have requested my $20.00 refund through email but it has not happened. I don’t have a phone number to talk with anyone. I still want my $20.00. Not to mention that I figured I would wear my custom in 2026 but the custom itself was a huge disappointment. It’s nothing like the picture. The material is something like a child would wear back in the 70’s. Any phone number to their company would be appreciated. Thank you Lisa

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their products are not as advertised. They print a design on to cheap material and charge very high prices. They are absolutely not the same garments as advertised. They make it almost impossible to return for a refund, very unclear instructions with many conditions with a final proviso that if they think the return is not as sent they will not refund. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM AND THE ITEMS WERE NOT AS ADVERTISED.

I saw the add as I was reading the NYT. Being "of the age" of course it caught my eye. After my morning read I gave your web site a look. I did not intend on a purchase today. I could not resist. I am so happy I found Wrenoin.com. The order is on its way. I can't wait.

The experience was great ordering from wrenoin. However, I wish there was a little more indication of size of shirt. I ordered a medium, but I don’t know if that’s really my size.
