We have reviewed your account and the communication with the agent. We see that initially, there was not a specific number of tubes that were indicated. We did ask for photos and videos of the issues you were experiencing, however we were not able to open the attachments as they were sent. At that time, you requested to replace all of the lights, plus reimbursement for the additional labor cost. Since we were not able to view any of the previous attachments sent, at that point we needed to ask for the product to be sent back in for testing. Our agent told you that once we received them back and they were tested, if we were not able to recreate the issues you had described, we would be able to send the product back to you at your expense. If we were able to test and recreate the issue, at that point we would have been able to move forward with our manufacturer’s warranty policy*. With the information that has been provided so far, we are unable to proceed without testing the product. *Manufacturer's Warranties Many products offered by 1000Bulbs.com provide a manufacturer's warranty! This information is listed on our website within the Specifications section of each product if there is a manufacturer's warranty.
