Perfect. Exactly what I ordered
The website was easy to navigate, found the exact bulb I needed and it was shipped so quickly. Thanks!
My order arrived correct, complete and in a timely manner. That's what I look for in a company.
Exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Delivered on time. So well packaged that 4 large boxes of 8 foot Florence bulbs arrived undamaged. Will deal with this company again.
Items available. Items received.
got great help on the phone to find my item
Got what I needed on-time and great communication. Thank you!
A good price for the product. Delivered when they said, appreciate that. Keep up the good work.
Everything was easy. I ordered it. It showed up.
Bought a bulk order of PLT high bay fixtures for a 70,000 sq ft commercial facility. The failure rate was extreme (not a few duds, but a problem across the batch) What followed was a month-long exercise in vendor evasion that ended with a refund on roughly 65% of the order. The remaining third we absorbed by the facility as a loss. Rather than refunding the order and pursuing reimbursement from the manufacturer on their own (which is how a vendor typically handles a defective product claim) they insisted on running the warranty process with the manufacturer themselves while we waited, with no refund in the interim. They also wanted us to pay licensed electricians to come out to uninstall the failed fixtures and box them up into their original packages before any return would be processed - real labor costs to undo their defective product. When we raised reimbursement for that labor, the conversation simply went silent and was never addressed again. They drug their feet on refunding any fixture that couldn't be returned in original, unaltered packaging - a standard that's effectively impossible to meet after fixtures have been installed, wired in, and pulled back down from a 25-foot ceiling. The end result: we ate the cost on every fixture we couldn't physically produce in original condition, even though those fixtures failed for the same reason as the ones we could. And on the return paperwork itself, the official return reason was categorized as "Commercial Customer Error - no restock." A documented vendor classification placing the blame for a batch-wide defective product failure on the customer. That single line tells you everything about how this company approaches accountability. The return process closed out with a same-day noon deadline to retrieve two boxes deemed "non-restockable" - boxes of defective fixtures we had already returned because they were defective. Roughly a third of a defective bulk order absorbed as a loss. Uncompensated labor. A return officially blamed on the customer. Every step of the post-sale process designed to push cost, labor, and risk back onto the customer. If you're sourcing at volume for a commercial or institutional facility, strongly recommend looking elsewhere. EDIT: This reply is a carefully worded misdirection. The "cut wiring" line is the tell. These were hardwired commercial high bay fixtures installed in a 70,000 sq ft facility. Installing AND removing a hardwired fixture more thank likely requires cutting wiring, that is how electricians de-install failed product. Framing standard de-installation as customer damage, to an audience that may not know better, is at best, dishonest. The request didn't "expand" out of nowhere either. It expanded because the failure rate on the initial fixtures was high enough that no reasonable commercial buyer would trust the rest of the order. That is the entire point of the complaint, and your reply quietly skips over it. What your reply also skips: labor. Installing, troubleshooting, removing, and replacing defective fixtures across a facility this size is not free. The labor reimbursement request has been outstanding the entire time and is still unanswered. A product refund (which took sustained push-back to secure) does not make a commercial customer whole when the failure rate is what it was here. The review reflects what actually happened. Your reply does not. Do better.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand the frustration involved with fixture failures on a large commercial project and the impact that can have on timelines and labor. When the initial failures were reported, replacements and refunds were processed for the affected fixtures. The request later expanded to returning the full order, including fixtures that had already been installed. In order for products to be returned to inventory, they must be in resellable condition and include original packaging where applicable. Fixtures returned without packaging, modified, or with cut wiring cannot be restocked. For the one fixture that could not be restocked, multiple attempts were made to discuss next steps with the customer before the fixture was ultimately disposed of. We understand this was a difficult situation and appreciate the feedback regarding the overall process.
I was a facilities manager looking for a low voltage replacement spotlight. I was unaware of just how difficult this project would be and the staff at 1000 bulbs was awesome. Even though I was a first-time buyer they treated like I was a skilled pro. I will most certainly use this vender again.
Many available items at a good price. Excellent customer service and support
Order came carefully packaged to avoid breakage.
Everyone I made contact with was very kind, courteous and helpful and a pleasure to work with - that goes a long way in my book. And the price was the best I could find on the internet.
I needed to switch to led bulbs for a ceiling fan in the dining room. The locally available bulbs were either too dim or too harsh, I found two choices at 1000Bulbs. One was 2700K and the other 3000K, so i bought both to compare them and at the price it made sense. They arrived promptly and I found the 2700K works best. Great work!
Their return policy is unacceptable. They do not provide return labels, and when I attempted to return the product, the shipping cost exceeded the original price of the bulbs. Based on this experience, I will not purchase from them again. The customer support and return policies are extremely disappointing. Use Amazon to purchase your products.
