Messaged support on live chat immediately after placing order amd told them what I wanted amd Making sure I filled out form right. Was ignored. Fake website and nothing on it is true. Terrible customer service and can very much scam you and not deliver the products. They scammed me on a Pokémon trade. Asked me to set the code and kept canceling the trade for an hour until I gave up and left. No response what’s so ever.

i ordered 100 nook miles tickets for animal crossing and i just got them delivered. it took over 12 hours for them to deliver them, but if you want extra stuff and aren’t worried about the wait time i’d recommend it :)

I received all my items in the end. The seller had to do two runs, because there were not enough item slots. Open your dodo code for longer. I used the live chat 2 times to ask about my order. Both times I got a reply within 5 minutes. Why 4 stars and not 5? On the website, it says that the estimated delivery time is between 15 and 60 minutes. I set a timer, and in total it took 2 hours and 10 minutes for my whole order to be completed. This seller is still great (4 stars), because I got all my items and their customer service was quick to help me.:)
Not a bad experience at all , they were cool and it wasn't too long to wait , i imagine it can be better but their site is simple to use and unless you are dumb you are not gonna have problem to know where to search . Basically a good experience , they do what they have to 👍
I would not recommend them at all, the marketed that they have NBA VC boost and I opted in and before I did that, I asked them and they told to go ahead and they will get it done asap but the moment I paid and waited for 18 hours; they kept saying " no stock " " wait " " soon "!! this website is a scam and a joke and I am kinda sure that all of the positive reviews are related to them!
Decent reseller, I did have to chase them just a little bit to get a refund on something I cancelled but I've had to do that with various much larger and more prolific online retailers. As long as you stay in touch with them they'll generally accommodate you. Live chat rep was helpful. I'd use them again if I needed the service.
