Terrible experience. doesn't give any information on what to do after you order. so they sent me an email and told me to put something on auction house. I put it on the auction house and yet its been 12 hours later I messaged them again . This time they told me I had to reply to the email . I messaged them live chat right after I ordered it.They did not once tell me to reply on the email or in the live chat. Instantly took my money but cant instantly refund it. They told me 24 more hours . This site is a joke.
I ordered a Mog Station Item (FFXIV), and the website clearly states that they will deliver within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. So I contact them via live chat to make sure they had stock, which they did.
I ordered and contacted them 30 minutes later as I have not received my item code via e-mail. I was told on live chat that all orders usually take 2-5 hours, I told them how can they do that when the website states 30 minutes or less, and the only response was he has passed the information on to his team or whatever.
I have ordered in the past and it took 6 hours because they did not have stock of an item, hence me now going on live chat to ask if they have the item in stock.
So 2 and a half hours have passed and I go back on the live chat and I am told it will take a further 1-3 hours, I try to explain that I need to know exactly WHEN because once the item code is sent you have to use the code within 3 hours or the code may be voided.
I will not be at home in a few hours and I am afraid that I will not be back within the 3 hours window and lose the item.
Took them longer than they said to deliver my gold, but it did eventually come. Maybe not the best choice if you are in hurry, but its not as bad as some people say.
when all of their advertisements and emails promise gold in 24 hours but they can't deliver they break all trust with the customer. I used them a lot in Warlords of Draenor but after coming back to WoW it seems they no longer care about the customer. When you're only excuse is that it needs more time this time and tell me it will be another 24 hours to process a refund thats ridiculous. Won't be using them again.
Ok, so this is still being resolved, but it pains me to do this.
I had used their services in the past, buying gold, but the first time buying an item. Since then its been a constant back and forth of when am i getting my items, first reply was up to 24 hours, second time after 2 days i was told it would take 3 days, contacted on the 3rd day (each time to their live support, because they don't answer emails) and was told they were looking into it, however then they proceeded to close the live chat and leave me with no answers yet again.
I have contacted Paypal, i am in the middle of getting a refund, they have no replied to emails from either myself or paypal, so i am waiting till i can escalate it to a claim and we will go from there.
I will be deleting this bookmark and never using their service again, because they clearly have no customer service skills nor can come through with their products.
Please stay away, while you are at it, read the fake comments here, ones like "I am a real person and this is a real review" clearly written by bots.
They say 24 hrs, then 30 hours later you want your money back. so they say refund in 24 hours.... soooo an hour later you'll be like. Just give me what i ordered....at this point you only have 23 hours left for your refund. but if you say i want your order again they will say "okay then we will have that for you in 24 hours...... " so you be like omg just give me my money back. and because you said you wanted that order again they say... of course okay that will be 24 hours for your refund. Just a huge pain the butt, don't use them. Many other options out there.
Every time i open a chat window they stop typing when i bring up my gold, this site sucks don't use it. Besides that even when the support were helpful they spoke about as much english as my dog. Find another site like fastwowgold or raiditem, both services i have found to be way more reliable.

This Chinees based company... 6kgold.com (Hexie Network Services Co., Ltd) has been selling internet online game items for several years without any problems. (until recently, my personal experience with items for (World of Warcraft.) has been good.
However, in the last few weeks, they seem to have been hacked and taken over by scammers who take your money and fail to deliver what they promise. Even after many repeated, online conversations, they say, they have provided the service, but have not. I believe these to be attempts to get you to order more. They send you faked screen save images that are supposed to prove their claim.
I filed a complaint with PayPal, who has requested them to reply and provide proof of delivery, but they did not respond to their request.
There are many other companies, you should not use 6Kgold.com...

Paid them $111 and they will not deliver, reply to emails, etc. They just do not respond. Buyer beware. I have opened a formal complaint with PayPal and the ftc as they are scamming people

Bought gold. Took more than 24 hours to deliver and was removed by game administration within 10 hours giving me a 1st and final warning. Company where sent 3 screenshots of notification my gold was removed . Now they force close all chat even turning it off to avoid me. They also won't respond to emails. Stay far away from 6k gold they are scammed .
