Once great, now the worst.
Ok, so this is still being resolved, but it pains me to do this. I had used their services in the past, buying gold, but the first time buying an item. Since then its been a constant back and forth of when am i getting my items, first reply was up to 24 hours, second time after 2 days i was told it would take 3 days, contacted on the 3rd day (each time to their live support, because they don't answer emails) and was told they were looking into it, however then they proceeded to close the live chat and leave me with no answers yet again. I have contacted Paypal, i am in the middle of getting a refund, they have no replied to emails from either myself or paypal, so i am waiting till i can escalate it to a claim and we will go from there. I will be deleting this bookmark and never using their service again, because they clearly have no customer service skills nor can come through with their products. Please stay away, while you are at it, read the fake comments here, ones like "I am a real person and this is a real review" clearly written by bots.
