Our design contests start automatically after payment, and designs start coming in during the first 24 hours. For 1-to-1 projects, work begins when you secure a quote. And for designs launched through vistaprint, you need to select a designer you'd like to work with, and work will begin. If there ever is an issue, please do not hesitate and contact our support team, by calling in, sending and email, or opening the live chat. In categories that allow Third Party Material, we give our clients control over whether they'd like to allow/forbid AI or stock content. We have internal systems in place that help us to identify designs that are in violation of our rules, or clients' preferences.
