good quality and sevice

Been buying here for years. Products are great and very cheap for what you get. Most importantly, they always honor EU warranty rules

Good Experience

Overal, to me good customer service has been on point with the questions given, Order being delayed yes a bummer but it is what it is, at least they came back to say it was delayed

Bestelling geannuleerd geen geld terug

Order cancelled. No money refunded. After multiple emails, they only reply with 'ok'. Nothing else. Bad customer service so far. No products, no refund, no customer service. Ordered on April 30th. It is now May 16th and I am not getting any further. I will keep bombarding them with emails in the hope that it will still be corrected."

Scam Alert

Scam Alert I emailed to cancel my order about 5 days ago. No response nor any tracking email was sent. Worst customer service. I still got charged for the transaction.

Delays, delays, delays!

Item worked great through the first 4 charges. Item stopped charging and battery was dead. Then I noticed a small brownish / blackish like burn hole in the item. Pictures were taken and sent. Acknowledgement was received. There has been no contact from them since.

Great communication, late delivery and not fullfilling promises

The communication with the costumer is great. The delivery was late. Making promises tonthe costumer that he Will get a Lune for compensating for to late delivery but not fullfill that promise.
