We're so happy to hear that you love our products and that they always arrive quickly! Thank you for your positive feedback.

Thank you for your feedback, Edgar. We understand the importance of sharing your experience, but we'd like to clarify a few points for anyone reading your review. Your refund was processed in full. Because your purchase was made through Amazon, we issued the refund directly to Amazon, who then returned the funds to your original payment method. You later informed Amazon that your original payment method had been canceled and requested the refund in the form of an Amazon gift card. Unfortunately, once we have successfully processed a refund, we no longer have any control over how Amazon disburses those funds. We'd also like to clarify that we do not charge return shipping for warranty-related claims involving damaged, defective, or incomplete items, and we provide free shipping on all of our products. In this case, the return was requested because the cage was too small for your pet, which is considered a buyer's remorse return rather than a warranty claim. We make every effort to provide accurate dimensions and product details in our listings so customers can make informed purchasing decisions before ordering. While we're sorry the product wasn't the right fit for your pet, we did our best to assist throughout the process despite the unkind language directed toward our customer service team. We wish you all the best and hope you're able to find a pet cage that better meets your needs.

We are so pleased to hear that our product offers such great value and that the installation was mostly straightforward for you. It's wonderful to know that the customizable features of the enclosure are perfectly suited to your canary's needs, and that you were able to create such a lovely outdoor living space for him, complete with modifications for food and perching. We appreciate you highlighting the bottomless design, and we are glad it worked out well for your specific requirements. We are truly happy that both you and your canary are enjoying the enclosure!

Hello Lori. Thank you for providing your feedback. We do our best to provide all product dimensions within the listing so that our customers will have all the details they need prior to placing an order. We also provide free shipping to our customers on all orders. When there are no warranty issues with the product, it is the customers responsibility to cover the return costs. That was the case with this order. Customers can use any carrier of their choice and we also provide discounting label options.
