Placed an order. The email me telling me they are going to have to double my shipping cost to ship the item. This was going to make the shipping double the cost of the item I was purchasing! I gave them the option to ship the item for what I agreed upon or give me a refund and lose my business forever. They would rather not have you as a customer than honor their pricing. This company is a joke. AVOID!
This company is horrible.. extremely long processing times, they will gladly take 2 to 3 weeks just to begin putting together your order, create a shipping label and let the package sit for another week. Prepare to wait for 2 months to receive your package, and if at anytime during the excruciatingly long processing stage you try to cancel.. they will threaten you with a hefty restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, this is not a professional business!!!!
If this company was manned by baboons they would do a better job. Zero customer services via email, live chat, Facebook messenger or telephone 1 more times than once. Shut the company down or pass the reins to someone competent!
Ordered parts that was in stock and that was 2 -3 day waiting. In stock delivered within a week and the other a day later. Very happy with products and the service, no complaints will use in future. Very happy customer!
Bought a set of parts for my tamiya m03 I was in a real rush for the replacement parts As usual I thought ide be waiting for at leat 3 weeks for item to arrive No 4 DAYS LATER IN MY HOUSE this is the fastest I have ever had any parts from abroad I thought ide yest it again I bought some wheels Yes 4 days later on my car running around This is unbelievable I don't know how they do it so fast Brilliant service good quality and value for money Well done asiatee
Unable to purchase from site for the last 2 months, coupon does not work (discount sitewide). I keep filling out details for credit card etc. place order will then take me back to cart. I've asked on live chat why i can't purchase, i get no replies. I'll try to buy again from here in another year when its fixed, hopefully
The shipping is very fast, ship to Europe within a week, with the company stickers and key chain. pretty nice! One more point I want to say is the customer service really good. I had some questions regarding my purchase, before and after, very patient and professional.
My first and last purchase. Ordered on the 14th of June, it's now the 27th. USPS tracking showed "acceptance" in Hong Kong for 7 days before they finally got the product to the post office to ship out,. 7 days! It took them 2 days just to get that posted. It did not actually leave the USPS facility until the 24th. After calling them, they guaranteed me that it would arrive by the 25th. No such luck. USPS finally shows it's in the US, but it's going to be Monday before it gets here, which is a full They lied on the phone about when they got the order to the post office. I do not trust this company and will never do business with them again.
I bought one or two orders from them before, but I had a last minute purchase that I had to make right before Christmas. I spoke to a LiveChat representative and they reassured me that my order would arrive before Christmas. Lo and behold, it did! Super reliable service, I'd recommend them to anyone that's looking for affordable and quality products.
I was searching up for new upgrades for my axial scx10, then i came across this site. Looks pretty legit to me and went on to order some parts. I paid for the slowest one because I am cheap and not sure how legit they are. But then after geting a confirmation and it arrived after a couple of days. That's probably one of the fastest delivery I have gotten so far. Great job Asiatees, one of the best online rc stores with lots of variety.

i wansnt too sure about ordering from asiatees, the website looks a bit fakish you can understand what i mean as many of you have seen fraudulent stores. I was wrong very wrong. Ordered and paid via Paypal got a confrontation email, then got a email saying the item had been shipped arrived 2 days later as i used fedex express. items where superb quality has my sprint 2 running perfectly at a cheap price. Will be ordering again very soon.
