Awful customer service, avoid seller! The order never arrived to my country, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and was returned to them from France. Now they are refusing to reimburse the cost of the shipping, even if it was their fault for the order not being delivered. Customer service is extremely bad, company is a scam. Avoid at all costs!
Purchased a servo in Oct. 2025. The part I received was broken. Horrible customer service! I emailed and called the company a few different times to inquire about returning the product. No return phone call and no reply to my many emails. I'm surprised this company is still in business or is it even a legit business?
priced up two batteries. Postage was an extra 24 dollars or so. Total transaction was $73. Email came saying all sweet await details of tracking once posted. Next day new email asking for an additional $20 US postage. Received refund via Pay pal. Won't use ATees again.
There are mixed reviews on this page, so I thought I would contribute. I placed an order on Saturday and the item arrived the following Friday (4 working days). I used the FedEx option and the item came from Hong Kong and was delivered to Australia's eastern seaboard, outside of a capital city. The item was well packed and openly tracked at all stages. Prices and quality of many items on their website is good. The whole experience from my point of view, was excellent.
Ordered a product. Shipping was quick but upon delivery it was a completely non functioning RC car. They refuse to take accountability for it and will ghost your emails. I just wanted to get an RC car on sale and they sent a faulty 300$ car and refuse to take it back. Attempting to chargeback will just result in them telling your credit card company the product was delivered. AVOID THIS SITE just pay full price on a reputable site.
With low prices and fantastic shipping, I can only recommend them. I've ordered two RCs from them, and both were in perfect order and arrived in less than a week. Plus they give free gifts - what's not to like?

The negative reviews almost made me not order. But they were the only ones that had one of the parts I needed, so I decided to give it a go. Everything that was stated to be in stock, was in stock. The package left in less than 24 hours after I ordered and arrived in basically one working day (shipped out on Friday, arrived on Monday). I chose Fedex Express which had a very reasonable rate to Austria (EUR 25). All the parts I received are in perfect working condition and as described on the website. If you are ordering for the first time and make an account with them, you'll get 10% off your first order. Do not only trust the reviews here, check on Reddit and other model forums and you will see more positive reviews. I guess the people with bad experiences scream the loudest, I just don't think the low rating ATees has on here is fair. Be aware that I can't say anything about service/support since I did not need them (yet). Going by this experience, I will definitely order again and would recommend them without hesitation.
Terrible - RC parts arrived in an undamaged box but the model body was damaged inside the box. They would not send a replacement, and only offered store credit without the expensive shipping costs (not a refund), meaning there would be no way to get another body without paying shipping again. Tried to get me to claim from the courier. Got my money back after a month with a PayPal claim but had to pay for return postage. avoid completely

I buy rc model Rtr from atees and parts, never come, answer is we dont have the parts instock need wait long,after that model not come, very expencieve shipping almost 40% on complet order, get my money via pay pal.. I placed an order of several items I needed for an Event. All parts were listed as IN STOCK. Over a week later I received an email stating all the parts I ordered except some small pins were out of stock. I had added the small pins as a stocking filler, as it did not affect the shipping cost. They stated all Items I ordered were out of stock except the small pins and I would be given store credit. Knowing this is a type of scam where they list many items as in stock when they are not, and once they have your money, they are are reluctant to refund you. I said I wanted to cancel the order and receive a full refund including shipping I had paid. They reluctantly gave me a refund MINUS a restocking fee for the pins, which they said they had ordered in especially. So they didn't actually have any of the items I ordered in stock, and wanted to keep my money as store credit. I said I wanted a full refund including shipping I had paid or I will be forced to put in a paypal claim. They then ripped me off, but charging me a restocking fee for the small pins I had added to my order, even though their website had stated they already had them in stock. Scam company with very little business ethics. Buyer beware, and if you insist on buying through them, use paypal, and do not accept store credit for any items they advertised as in stock, but they did not have in stock. Chances are you will struggle to find anything in stock to use your store credit. I really dislike these scam, low ethics companies, and think everyone should expose them to warn others, so we can avoid being scammed by them.There website is worthless, as items listed as in stock are not. Better to buy from a reputable website that actually holds stock. Buyer Beware Atees / AsiaTees.
Superb seller, battery was backordered and took 2 weeks to obtain, but got my order reached perfectly in my hands.
They will do a bait and switch and want you to pay more for shipping after the initial transaction. They will then send you a paypal request to extort more money for shipping costs. You may think you are saving some money but they then raise the cost of shipping. You will have to create a dispute and have your financial institution reverse the charges.
If you are reading this, do not proceed with the checkout from the atees website. Their website will state items are in stock, but as soon as you complete the transaction and check your order over the next few days, it will go into back order with no ETA. This is the clever bit: when you require a refund, they will charge you 10% restocking fee. Restocking stock that they never had.... This is their scam, stay away, learn from my mistake!
watch out for their shipping scam ,when you purchase an item and pay they then charge you more postage,if you refuse then they charge you a restocking fee,stella models are more trust worthy avoid asia tees if possible
I placed an order and was skeptical after looking at some of the reviews on here. I even went so far as to file a claim when my parts were marked as backordered. It seems I was a bit hasty in filing a claim, please accept my apology Asiatees. All of my parts shipped a few days later and the shipping (FedEx) international from Hong Kong to Arizona was remarkably fast.
Ive order and payed for a few parts from their website, I was careful enough to check if all the parts were "in stock and ready to ship" before I order them. Almost a entire month as passed and even after many emails my parts still didn't leave their store. I ask them by email what is happening and they always have some excuse for the delay. They should be ashamed for such a bad costumer service but they just don't care. It's just a shame...
