I appreciate the time making me comfortable with my 1st IRA rollover. I was allowed time to consider what metals to buy, strategy to consider, and the pros and cons of the different decisions were clearly and patiently communicated. Although it took some time to get metals fully delivered to my account, it is done. (Everyone in the industry has the same issue with shortages in silver). Couldn't be happier.
