I had a really wonderful experience with Augusta. The people that help you provide as much information as possible so you can make the most informed decisions when purchasing metals. It is almost a white glove experience. I highly recommend Sonja Templet, as she was phenomenal with her knowledge, experience and information provided.
Be prepared to give up to 4-6 hours of your time up front, which is the only sort of criticism I would have. They provide a lot of info that is just unnecessary for me. However, it is better to get as much info as needed when you are managing your retirement accounts.

My experience with Augusta was FANTASTIC!!! The Representatives that I spoke with were very polite, professional, and very patient. They took the time to clearly & thoroughly explain the nuances of Precious Metals IRAs, the advantages of a traditional IRA vs a ROTH IRA, as well as common "industry terms" like "spot prices vs melt prices".
