Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate anytime we are unable to meet our client's expectations. Our claims team identified that there were significant maintenance gaps and overages in the records you provided. Although we were unable to cover the complete engine failure due to the lack of recorded maintenance of your vehicle, I am happy that we were able to cover over $2,500.00 in claims for you recently, much of that being a goodwill payment towards this repair.
*Regarding the later added accusation of lying, our records indicate we paid one claim for $1,918.02 and a second claim reimbursement for $596.90, totaling over $2,500.00 as stated above. Unfortunately, the service records provided did not adhere to the manufacturer's specifications.
Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate anytime an issue is outside the scope of your policy. As you mention dry rot was present on your tire. This was evident in the photos of the tire we were provided. It is not uncommon to see cracking or dry rot on a tire of that age. It is worth noting, every tire and wheel road hazard policy available has exclusions to their cover based on the tire condition prior to incurring a road hazard, including the factory endorsed policy.
