Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for any confusion. but you can reach us via telephone. We do provide instructions to the shop to email us the claim info, but you can request to speak to a representative as well. I do see we received your claim request at 9:41am on 8/18 and provided an authorization to the shop at 9:49am, 8 minutes later. The shop did reach out 10 days later as it appears they missed the initial authorization sent on 8/18.
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your service. I see your claim was submitted July 29th and our claims team replied back 16 minutes later requesting a digital inspection from the shop to verify the multiple failures. Upon the shop's completion of the inspection on August 8th, we were able to determine that you had a coverable failure of the clutch master cylinder along with worn clutch discs. We are happy we could do our part in covering your failed master cylinder, but unfortunately, clutch discs are considered a wear item. It is worth noting, our coverage reflects the factory warranty regarding clutch discs in that they do not cover them either. By your own admission, that the clutch discs burnt up due to your failure to take necessary precautions when an apparent problem existed. If you had ceased operation of your vehicle once it was unable to shift, you would not have burnt up your clutch plates.
