I ordered the Dovpo Carbon saying it was in stock with some batteries and a charger. After several days I emailed them since nothing has happened. They tried selling me on the original topside dual instead. I had none of it. I cancelled the Topside Carbon finding it on another site that will have it to me sooner. Screw them
Horrible customer service. I’ve waited over a month to received my Rincoe pod to realize they had shipped me the wrong product. They did not accept to refund my order, asking me to resend them the product they had shipped me. Stay away from Ave40.
I purchased a REV GTS mod that the REV home page said was a possible clone and would be dangerous to use. They want me to return to china for 25.00. What a rip off company and I wish I had researched them better. Stay away from AVE40.
Great prices and very fast delivery considering it's the other side of the world. I have never had an issue with faulty or bad goods. Everything stated as authentic has been so and everything stated as a clone has been. Highly recommend AVE40
I received the item within the scheduled time, fast and perfect shipment, great product as per description.
Costumer service barely speaks English and the real problem, they are rude and they lie. I asked if a certain product was available and I only got back that they had it and if I wanted to buy it, if so it would be put online. They refused to tell me the price weirdly enough and stated I would not have to know since they are the only ones selling the product (a straight lie ofcourse). After another order pre-advised but not sent for over a week the reply I got was: " We sent it, you check it first". Extremely rude and not dependable.
More than two weeks to ship my order, after that the shipment never reached my mailbox and was sent back to them due to wrong/incomplete address. they to not respond to emails even when I contacted them via Paypal, no response. Finally Paypal have concluded the case in my favour and refunded my money. I do not recommend this company.

Still waiting for my package and it has almost been 2 months.. After 3 weeks they told me the Vape i ordered was not in stock anymore, so they would send me a different one. Never got that one and they kept telling me it wasn't in stock and they would make me a deal. When i asked for my money back they ignored the question. FEELS LIKE ONE BIG SCAM TO ME!!!!!
