Did not listen to what I said.
I told the representative what course I was interested right at the beginning of the conversation. But she showed me all the courses they do but at the end said they don't even do the course I told her!!! Total waste of my time!
Do not give your number to them EVER
I am at a loss. My sister passed my details to them on good will 2 years ago. But even if at first, I politely refused their services, they are keep contacting me without my permission today. I block one number and they call me or text me from another. This is creating so much stress that my disabilities are flaring up because of them. STOP CALLING OR TEXTING I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!

They call over & over up to 5 times in one go from all different numbers. There's not a lot you can fill in online, so they have to call you. On my 7th occasion now asking them to remove me from their database

This company has been harassing me following an enquiry I submitted. They have been calling me nearly every day, sometimes up to 4 times a day. I’ve asked them multiple times to stop calling me and they won’t, I’ve been blocking numbers and they keep calling me on different ones. I am not having a good time.

Hi all be very careful this looks like…a scam
Hi all be very careful this looks like a legitimate business. Firstly I was interested in going back to study and not interested in Counselling. The organiser Pravin had a legitimate looking email and set up a Teams call. I did not see his face as he did not put his camera on but decided to put me in a breakout room with some unknown person who was a counsellor. It is clear he had very little understanding of what was required and a poor grasp of the English language.

Just had a chat with one of their councellors. Not a great experience. Tried to push me towards studying business management. Wasn't really interested in offering any other options. When I told her about my dyslexia and requiring assistance with learning. She told me that no University offers assistance. Pretty much told me further education was not an option.

They called me incessantly from virtual numbers starting 020 and 07 The 020 numbers are often reported as scam numbers on who-called.co.uk They got me on call with a person who wouldn't answer questions straight. It appears to be a scam company - the reviews you find on Google, Facebook and Glassdoor all appear to be from employees. I couldn't find any evidence that it was NOT a scam call centre in Mumbai. More evidence: they advertise this number: 02038807007 and I found this report for it: "Yes, 02038807007 is widely reported as a scam call number. Evidence from several call-reporting and fraud-awareness sites show this number has been associated with phishing scams, repeated unwanted calls, and is considered dangerous by users.
