Ordered a black long sleeve, it didn't ship after a week. We called them and they apologised but didn't offer and refund or store credit. It finally came after 3 weeks and fit on my torso, but the sleeves were extremely small and disproportionate

Shade was faulty. Informed them and was given an £1.12 refund.

Okay I finally received my item, and the item was in a sufficient quality. But their system is really confusing and their website always told me that the delivery status was "processing". Just try to buy something, but don't wait for the item too long, so you have still the chance to get the money back with the help of paypal.

walllights being shipped from China, now almost 3 weeks, stuck in customes at Heathrow. and now I find I have more to pay, not only did I pay 22 pounds for delivery Royal mail also want more on top of the customs charges. wish I hadn't bothered.

I initially gave this one star due to the above reasons, (Now chnaged to 4 Stars ) the wall lights arrived today, have been checked and are good quality and well thought out, well packed and arrived in good condition. Customs added VAT which was OK. but Royal mail added another £11 for dealing with customs, so delivery amounts to £33.00
Still a good buy and delighted to have chosen them.

I have been waiting for a refund for over three weeks. I have been in constant contact with the support team but I believe three weeks is an extremely long time to wait to be refunded. I assured the item was sent back asap!

Having read so many really awful reviews of this company I just presumed that the shirts I ordered would not arrive or would not be what I ordered. I saw that the only good reviews were the ones that had 2 reviews, one of them always being the same name.
So I was really surprised when the shirts turned up this morning, on time, really good quality, only very slightly later than due. Very pleased!
Another shirt I ordered from eBay, seller superdry, courier Hermes, shipping from U.K. however, has not arrived and I can get no response from them!
So personally, I have found Beautiful halo absolutely fine!

Ordered a ceiling light, 16 days later still nothing. Customer service is poor and reply in very broken English but effectively do nothing. Wont be ordering through this site again.
if you don't wanna read this whole thing, then just know that you will probably receive the product you order from this website, but don't expect it to look anything like the item you picked out. there is a fifty fifty chance you will actually get you wanted, even then the wait is just tragic.
I ordered a jean jacket that I saw in an ad and I was really excited.. until I saw the reviews on the company.
people were screaming into their computers about how terrible their experiences were, and obviously, I regretted spending my hard earned allowance on a fifty dollar jacket that was most likely gonna be a towel wrapped in cling film.
one month later I pretty much forgot about it until it came in the mail. it was NOT the same jacket the girl was wearing in the picture, and the fabric felt like it was made of my grandmothers ashes. it also smelled like my cat's bumhole somehow.
it sounds like I'm joking, but I do not joke about fifty dollars, I don't even have a job I don't know why I thought this was a good idea. just run far away from this company and don't look back.
I have shopped with them a few times but each time i got my items when expected. They came to me in perfect condition and in acceptable packaging.
I had a mistake on an order once and the Live Customer service reps fixed the mistake and i was able to receive my item.
I hope they begin to stock more variety of items and supply larger sizes one day.
so I ordered a bomber jacket from this site without reading the reviews first (dumb idea) but the jacket was delivered to my house in about 3 weeks. the description says "shipped in 5-10 days" but notice that it is SHIPPED from the location (which they did not tell me was China). Even though there was little communication on when it was going to be delivered I'd say it was an okay period of time. I didn't have to wait months for the product as some others did but I think that's because I only ordered clothes? I'm not sure if certain products are handled differently but from what I can tell most of the complaints are from those who ordered lighting fixtures and fragile items but I digress. The jacket fit well and it came in a decent amount of time but if you need something fragile or by a close set date I wouldn't risk buying from this company. Overall my experience was p good though.

Poor quality, very different from pictures. Extremely slow delivery.
I ordered 2 identical items (clothing, X-mas dresses) but received only 1 dress + some completely different tank top, within two weeks.
The quality of the dress was very dissapointing compared to what one may expect, looking at the pictures and even taking the moderate prices into account: poorly printed, no hems (seams) at all - little more than a cheap cleaning rag...
After my complaint, BH promised to resend the proper item but ever since, over 7 weeks have passed.
At a certain point they said the item had been shipped but the according to the (hardly functional) tracking system, it took 8 days to get it from "Guangzhou international mail operation Center" to "Guangzhou Terminal" (air freight). Eversince, the shipment can't be traced anymore, saying: "Sorry, the tracking number you submitted was unable to track."
So, I fear it is time to prepare for a chilly X-mas this year, hoping that the dresses will still arrive before 2017 X-mas :-) :-\
Sizes are completely off! Customer service is non-existent!
We ordered a couple of hoodies in sizes XL, but when they arrived they were way too small! What we've got is more like Medium size with an "XL" label sewed into. I suppose people in China are smaller on average than people in, say, Northern Europe, but if you sell internationally, your sizes should reflect that!
These hoodies are worthless, because they are way too small, I chatted with customer support and then wrote a mail about a return over a month ago, but no response whatsoever!

Added a single star for finally getting a response and get offered a refund.
They have insanely cute clothes and even accessories. The only complaint I have is they don't have a very good size selection, many are one size or don't go above a medium, which makes it difficult for someone who is normally an xl, like myself, to find something that fits. However, it's not impossible, and I'm very satisfied with the clothes that I have purchased.
I buying so many different items from site, some of them was bad but some of them was really nice for price. I think you should choose right items to buy. I buy t-shirts and always buy it bigger size cause mostly times it comes wrong size.
My order came after around 3 weeks and on their page they tell you that u you will get your order within 1-2 weeks.
a positive thing is they are writing back very fast, within a day but the e-mail you get back is not really a help because they just tell you your order is on it way.
I ordered 3 sweatshirts and it took a week being internationally shipped. The quality of clothing is not bad, and design is sooo cute. Also I really appreciate the customer service.
Some really cute clothes that come as they look and seem to fit as they say.
Particularly enjoy the reward point scheme as if knocks loads of money of orders
