On TikTok I got this fraud site & got trapped, First order I placed on June 24, but it delayed, Again I got trapped on july. I both orders I placed by my credit/debit card paid euro 29.99 two times ( total. euro 59.98) Since then I am writing emails, but always they excuse & make me fool. I requested my refund many times but always new excuses. So please tell me now what should I do ? Thank you

⭐ SCAMMERS! AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS! Absolute garbage. This store is a complete joke. My package tracking suddenly showed that the order had been delivered, even though I received absolutely nothing! No package, no proper delivery notification, and no clear information about who supposedly delivered it or where it was left. When I contacted customer support, all I got was the same useless copy-and-paste responses over and over again. First, they claimed the package was still in transit and waiting to be handed over to a local courier. Then the tracking showed it as delivered, but I still had nothing. Even after explaining the situation, they continued repeating the same nonsense instead of providing proof of delivery or an actual solution. How the hell can a package be marked as delivered when the customer hasn't received anything? And why is customer support completely incapable of giving a straight answer? They take your money, leave you waiting, provide confusing tracking information, and then waste your time with meaningless excuses. No transparency, no useful answers, and absolutely no confidence that you'll ever receive what you paid for. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I paid for a product, not for a fake sense of delivery and an endless loop of ridiculous support replies. Terrible service, suspicious delivery tracking, useless customer support, and zero trust. They are assholes I would NEVER order from this store again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this website!

I am disappointed, but sadly, not really surprised, that my second purchase of this product (Order 3558: HHD8387790071YQ) has terminated in the same way that my first purchase (Order 2402: HHD8387902331YQ) of this same product ended. That is by being marked as delivered when it has not, it has just disappeared as the first one did. You informed me that you were investigating and arranging for a replacement of the first purchase but as of this time I have not received any update. For one item to go missing can be put down to carrier fault, but, for two different purchases of the same product by the same buyer to disappear in the exact same way can only be interpreted as systemic theft or organised fraud. If you are actually going to send me a replacement then I would suggest that you use a different carrier that will supply a legitimate recognised tracking number.

has a fake trustpilot rating and a fake countdown on the stock supply, may be a scam and absoutely do not panic buy as the stock count appears to be completely fake. The stock count resets as soon as you visit the website on an icognito tab.
I ordered suitcases on the 26/6/26 and I still have not heard from the company or have not received the items that I have paid for . That nearly 11 weeks ago . DO NOT BUY AMY ITEM from this company because you will be seriously misled . The incompetence of this company and indeed their blatant fooling and misleading of people is unbelievable and I am now taking further steps on my case .
Severely scammed. When something seems too good to be true just believe that it is! Ordered a steamer set at the start of May and still haven’t recieved my order 🙄
