Hello Kathy, We are sorry to hear you somehow got the wrong impression of the order fulfilment timeframe. We do advise up to 7-10 business days, after an order has been placed, to fulfil (ship) the order. Your order was shipped within that timeframe, and it was delivered just over two weeks after you placed your order. We do apologize that you’ve found the printed assembly instructions to be too small. However, we do have a clear step-by-step assembly video on our YouTube channel. Just search for Bellicon-English and look for the T-Bar assembly video in our How-To’s playlist. Thank you for the feedback.

Hello Hal, Thank you for the constructive feedback regarding our shadow boxer. We are sorry you have experienced this issue with the belt, but that type of wear is actually extremely rare. There are only a handful of other such cases that we are aware of. It seems, in this case, that it is being used quite often and intensively, which likely will require changing out the band tubes more often in order to avoid the belt from splitting. However, we are glad you are getting good results from using our products and that your bellicon has held up better with rigorous use. Thank you again for your review!

Just to clarify, your order did ship from our German warehouse on June 3rd, and your order was fulfilled within our advised 7-10 business day timeframe. Your order arrived at a FedEx sorting facility in Virginia on June 7th, where it was lost. We have just filed a lost shipment claim with FedEx, and a replacement shipment will be shipping from our California warehouse today. We apologize for the delay and inconvenience!
