Hello Suzanne, Thanks for the review! We're glad to hear you appreciate the quality of your bellicon and our free shipping. Creating premium rebounders that deliver an exceptional experience is always our priority. Enjoy every bounce!
Im so happy to have been able to purchase a Bellicon. I received exactly as ordered & very timely. Thank you. Ive used other bungie rebounders but for me the bounce has not been smooth. To do rebounding w/out pain is everything to me. This has increased my mobility & decreased inches. I’ve been using it for small segments of time @ least 3-5 times a day to cumulate an hour daily. I totally would do it again. I give it 10 out of 10.

I previously had BCAN rebounder before purchasing Bellicon. BCAN was very good, Bellicon has a much smoother and softer bounce/rebound though. I personally rate Bellicon as the best, it is my new favorite rebounder!

I recently bought 2 bellicon rebounders for friends who have busy lives and very little time for planned exercise. Both of them have real health issues that I felt, from personal experience, bellicon bouncing would help them comfortably address their symptoms.
Hello Jennifer, Thank you for sharing your experience and for choosing bellicon for such a meaningful gift. Knowing that our rebounders have helped you personally and inspired you to share that quality with friends means a great deal to us. We’re proud to create a rebounder that delivers exceptional comfort, durability, and a smooth, joint-friendly bounce—making it easier to fit enjoyable movement into even the busiest lifestyles. We hope your friends enjoy their bellicon for many healthy years to come!
Absolutely love my Bellicon - I don’t generally like “working out” but this is so much fun and so much easier on the joints and body in general that I actually look forward to getting on my rebounder. The Bellicon Workout Plans that I’ve used so far have been excellent and use some different techniques from standard ones (for example doing more core exercises while standing or how Faith started the plank exercise today) Really happy that I purchased the Bellicon
Hello Daryl, Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that your bellicon has transformed exercise into something you genuinely look forward to and enjoy. Creating a rebounder that delivers an exceptionally smooth, joint-friendly bounce, and with premium quality is at the core of our mission. Leaps & bounds better than anything on the market! Reviews are right - if you know you love rebounding, this the right investment for you. Compared it to the spring action one we had - not even close to the smoothness of Bellicon. Paid to have it assembled & don't regret it at all - started bouncing in minutes! Love the rainbow color option. We love it this rebounder!!!

I appreciate the great customer service I received from Bellicon when I had questions. The agent helped me avoid a potential delivery issue and provided a great solution. The rebounder is fantastic. I love how quiet it is compared to spring version I previously had. I can feel the quality with every exercise I do. As a 65 year old woman, I know that exercising on my 44" rebounder is a gift to myself for strengthening my bones, joints and muscles, and will help tone my body. I also appreciate that Bellicon is an American company.

I have been using the Bellicon rebounder for 3 weeks now and I love it so much. This is the only exercise that I look forward to doing everyday. I was not able to consistently keep up with my workout until I got into rebounding!! I Highly recommend this for anyone starting to exercise again.

I contacted Bellicon about a difficulty with a rebounder I had bought years ago. I promptly received instructions for installing my T-bar -- and even though the model I have is no longer current, the instructions worked perfectly. It's a quality product with great customer service.
Hello Nancy, Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that, even after many years, your bellicon is still delivering the quality we're known for. Designing enduring products that last is one of our highest priorities, and we're equally pleased that our team could provide the right guidance to help get your T-bar installed successfully. Your kind words about both our product quality and customer service truly mean a lot to us. We wish you many more years of enjoyable bouncing!
Sereina was extremely helpful and responsive, going out of her way to assist me in trying a few different bungees since I'm new to Bellicon and wasn't sure. The reason for the 4 stars, not 5, is that the company process, I feel, should make this easier when buying such an expensive trampoline by letting you try two with your order and return one rather than have to send one back, have it received, and then send the other (what if you decide you want the first one?), or, like I did, order and pay for another set, including shipping and then return the one I didn't want for a refund. I understand the reason for this is that, when they offered 2 sets to try, people weren't returning the one they didn't want (come on, people!). Maybe they could set a policy to hold a card number and charge for the second set if it isn't returned within 30 days of receipt? To me, placing a second order to try a different bungee was worth it, and the return was handled promptly. Still, not customer-oriented policy for a top-of-the-line product.
Hello Lauren, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your nice comment regarding the experience you had with our customer service team, particularly Sereina. While we do our best to accommodate our customers so that they have the right bungee strength, our current policy is arranged as fairly as allowable under the circumstances. We do thank you for the thoughtful suggestion, as we are always looking at ways to improve. We will certainly consider that. We wish you much success on your health and fitness journey, and thank you for choosing bellicon!
The Bellicon service is outstanding. I was trying to submit the rebounder purchase to my FSA and the company required a itemized receipt in PDF format. I sent an email to bellicon requesting this and they responded several minutes later with what I needed. I am pretty sure that is the fastest response I have ever received from a company.
Hello Frankie, Thank you for the public recognition of our customer service! We strive to provide customer service that matches the same quality and excellence that we aim for in our product offerings. We are so happy to hear that you received a prompt and attentive response from our team. Thank you for choosing bellicon!
