Hi Averil, from the history I can see that the hold up was the requirement by Google of a verification video of your business. Unfortunately that has to be recorded within your establishment. But since you went through the effort of uploading that and getting verified, the hardest part is now complete. Your listing is optimized and combined with 19 business directories. Give it some patience so your business has an opportunity to rise in the ranks.
