So the experience started out great, until!!!!!
So the experience started out great until I made the initial purchase for a one time fee to my knowledge for a website build! Upon requesting a copy of the invoice, I never received one I let it go and then a couple of weeks ago. I noticed that they were attempting to withdraw another $4000 out of my checking account without my consent! So I did a little bit more digging, and I realized that they successfully withdrew $4000 at the beginning of 2026 without my consent! Now, apparently I signed up for a plan with them. As a business owner, I am on top of my game. I am 29 years old and I am sharp so when somebody insist that I signed up for something that I know for a fact, I did not it irritates the shit out of me so I canceled with them just so they wouldn’t continue to attempt to take my money without my permission and they insisted to keep the original website that I had paid them to build for me! Which really gets me because as a contractor if a client pays me to do a bathroom remodel and they don’t really like the work or the relationship and they pretty much tell me get lost. They’re never gonna hire me again. That would literally be like me taking everything out of the bathroom they paid for and throwing it in the trash. Like how sick and inhumane is that? A young adult out here working his ass off day and night trying to provide for his family. I just had my newborn daughter the day I figured out all this was going on and this is the things I get from some slump ass company! I really hope somebody catches these guys up because I’m gonna do everything in my power too. I would not recommend this company at all. And just an FYI, for anybody who reads this if you cannot find a business on Google and I don’t mean a link to their website I mean they’re Google business page that clearly says something pretty significant about a company in my opinion at state right away they’re not trustworthy because if Google thinks you’re doing fraudulent or your non-trustworthy you definitely get kicked right off of Google and if you go on their page, it’s funny how they use Google as a representation I believe that should be illegal in itself

They are just a bunch of scammers
They are just a bunch of scammers. When I started out with them 20 years ago they were great now they conned me in to paying a year up front and did nothing for my company. They said pay a year upfront I did and Brandon couldn’t even tell me what they were actually doing for my company. . I tried to get them to do something and they are like every company out there o we will get you on the first page of Google and after you pay them nothing. Don’t use them they will take your money and scam you in to believing they are working for you but really working for the next company paying them more money.

Then I found BrandRep and they've strived to serve and make the customer happy, I've had a wonderful experience with them and hope to continue from the start. Brand Rep is the worst company I have…
Brand Rep is the worst company I have delt with. I tried calling Google to fix my location dot on my Google Business page and was routed to there company. The were quick to take my money but slow to do any work. It was a lot of playing phone tag and bouncing from Rep to Rep. No one keeping accurate notes It took them 3 weeks to do any work on my account and when finally did they just worked on the home page and copy and pasted the info from my other webpages already created. which took less then 2 hours to complete and then said i would be locked into a 6 month contract. at $350 per month. While doing jack on my sight and came up with some BS smoke and mirrors sales pitch. and if I wanted to cancel it was $500.. I lost about $1000 which now my bank is disputing the charges on. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I had their service less than 30 days and was completely hosed in the process.

I reached out to them a few weeks ago to get my company back on Google. Needed a new website. Needed help all around. These guys came in and started getting to work right away! Their prices are super fair for the service you get!

I really appreciated the patience Adam Ayers had with my account. He waited several months before I was able to finally comment to using BrandRep. Initially Christian Lopez was the missing piece in the puzzle for me to sign with BrandRep. So, as for the sales team they were great at the start. Then came the real problem, once BrandRep had my money, personalities changed. I have reached out to Christian to pay BrandRep additional moneys for websites pages we have discussed, he would call back for the money. The account rep Angie seemed to be annoyed talking with me about layout and design even though the landing page looks good but missing information. I haven’t received my account information. No sign in, no calls, no nothing! The two star was from the initial sales process which I think is great but afterwards -5 star service. This isn’t what I pay for. Now, BrandRep is sending interest parties to a website that’s not designed for customers. It is my old portfolio site from a college assignment not designed for conversion. The landing page isn’t running but I’m paying for all of this confusion. Last night I had to change the images on Google My Business page because it had images from my college assignment not my current business images. No follow up within the last week, I wouldn’t want to bother Angie after my last conversation with her. So, this is my story now of BrandRep.
They are charging us way too much money…
They are charging us way too much money for doing nothing. After I canceled my subscription they've yet to refund me the money they owed me. Also my website that I brought over that was brand new that they were supposed to be maintaining got deleted after I canceled. And they said it's not them the new it and the company was supporting the website both said they deleted the IP address of the new website my SEO website! They I sent multiple emails phone calls threatening and asking what's going on nobody ever gets back to me and they just say it's not us we don't know what's going on we'll call you back and they never do!

I trusted this company. Before using it make sure everything is clear. I was never told after I was done using its digital marketing I will no longer have my website. I was never told I needed to pay for a hosting domain to continue. I was told I will always have my website even after done using this company. Also be careful their fine print is to protect them. You wont be able to get your money back . This is a scam .
