Our customer service team has been trying to reach you, and we have a full refund ready for you as soon as you confirm that you’d like to send the device back. I’m sorry for the frustration here. I realize that with the hardware on sale this month at such a low price, you may not have read every detail on the page before purchasing. Real-time GPS trackers do require an active cellular and cloud software service in order to provide live location data, and that service plan requirement is disclosed in multiple places during the purchase process, including on the product page, in the cart, and again at checkout when selecting a plan. That said, we do not want you to feel stuck with a product or service you did not intend to buy. Please reply to our customer service team, and we’ll take care of the full refund for both the hardware and the service fee.
