Fast and friendly service. Kevin was a big help on everything. He aas very patient and polite on helping me. The product has been a huge help. We put it on my elderly dads 4 wheeler and it shows me his location at all times. I recommend this product to all my friends and family.

Simple system to set up. Mervin from customer service was excellent. He helped me set up a text notification if someone starts up the car. This will help when I am away. Thank you Mervin and Brickhouse Customer Service!!!

Amazing customer service

The customer service team is very knowledgeable and helpful I had thought I deleted one of my devices being monitored along with all the data. Not having access to the device I was in a panic. Tech support was amazing. They quickly reasurred me nothing was lost, got me reconnected walking me through the software step by step. Making it so easy. They didn't make me feel like I was a bother, they weren't irritated. They were happily helpful and patient. Brickhouse Security deserves all five of those stars!!
