I have used brick house security's app…
I have used brick house security's app and services for several months now, with very few minor issues with there systems. The app and system works excellent and would highly recommend. The best part is there on point, and emediate customer service department. Special shout out to (mervin) excellent customer service!
Kelvin was excellent at showing me step by step all the features I wanted to add also he was very patient and made sure all my questions were addressed admittedly.

Easy to use platform, when I ran into difficulties reactivating Kelvin was AMAZING at helping me with that. Very responsive as far as customer service! Couldn't be happier with my choice of companies.

I have looked for GPS trackers and tried a couple. I purchased ITagPro that was advertised as the best tracker. Only problem with it is that it operates using BlueTooth. So, if the vehicle is out of range the tracker does not work. The GPS tracker that I got from BrickHouse does not use BlueTooth and works exactly as advertised. The installation was easy. If I ever need another GPS tracker, I will go with BrickHouse!

This was the easiest purchase I have made.
My elderly Dad has gotten confused a couple of times and this system is perfect for us. I can set up a fence and know when he leaves home and when he is back.
The pricing was simple to understand and less expensive then some others.
I would tell everyone with a loved one that still wants to be independent this is the way to protect them.

BrickHouse security tracking devices are the best! I've been using mine for like 4 months and it has been perfect. They are very easy to communicate with.
