We are sorry to hear about the insurance charge . We are happy to confirm our Customer Care team has cancelled and refunded the insurance amount. Have a great day and a wonderful trip. KInd regards Klara

We appreciate your feedback regarding the purchasing process. We are sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced with the airline record locator and the seat assignments. We are always working to improve these aspects of our service.
