Unfortunately, as our team mentioned, we could not proceed with the plushie because it was an image of a human body part and not a cartoon or digital image of a character we could work from. We checked with our support team, and they have communicated with you as quickly as possible! The longest window we have on record for a reply is 4 business days, and during that time we cancelled the order, which was also refunded to you on July 31st. Hi Corey, thank you for sharing your experience. We take feedback like this seriously and want to be fully transparent about what happened with your order. This is a tough one, because we 100% don’t blame you for being frustrated, but our team also worked extremely hard to make this right for you. The reason we start with bulk samples on all orders is to ensure alignment before mass production, and we always want to hold ourselves accountable for those rare occasions when there are deviations. For your specific order, we know there were a few issues, so we gave a partial refund of 25% of the purchase price, totaling $830, plus a $100 courtesy credit for shipping and a $100 credit toward future orders. You accepted that offer on June 15th, and we confirmed your mailing address and sent the check. Regarding the shipping timeline, unfortunately, this order was held up in customs due to a random inspection. Once it was released, it got to you within 5 days. We understand how frustrating that is, and we had open lines of communication during the entire process. That level of accountability, documentation, and active follow-through is what we always aim to provide at Stuffed Animal Pros, so it’s disheartening to see this type of review, but that doesn’t take away from your valid frustrations.
