Hello Lorna, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the towels did not meet your expectations. Our towels may feel like that when new, but they are designed to become softer and fluffier after the first wash. We recommend washing them before use as stated on care instructions, as this helps the fibers expand and reveal their intended softness and absorbency. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist.

We are very sorry to hear about the trouble with your order and appreciate your review. This problem is quite rare - while some colors may appear slightly different on a physical print, they should match your given proof with minimal difference. We'd like to investigate this, as well as help provide a resolution. At your convenience, please email us at [email protected] and we'll gladly assist further. We look forward to hearing from you!
