This is the second time I have used China flower214 and both times the service and quality had been excellent. The flowers are as described and they have been delivered within the stated time frame. My girlfriend in China has been impressed by the flowers which is the main thing. Overall a good buying experience and I will use China flower214 again.

I ordered some cake for my wife on valentines day. I did this 3 am swedish time, which is 10 am chinese time. I waited for 10 hours and no delivery. I tried calling a representative, I tried chatting, I tried skype, but no reply anywhere. I finally reached a representative on email. They said they mailed me a confirmation saying they can't send a cake today, but they can change my order to flowers on the same day. I did not recieve this email and now it's to late to deliver the same day. I do not recommend this site, my wife did not recieve any gift this day. I am very disappointed and unhappy.
