Despite specifying delivery time after 12 noon so person will be available to receive, your delivery person started calling from 8am & insisting to deliver at that time. The receiving person had no choice but to give another address for delivery. Last time ordering through this site, each year the presentation getting poorer but price remains high.

Fast service

Fast service, but the flowers could have been better, the bouquet supposed to have lots of lavender in it, but there was only one in the actual bouquet, not as much color as I wanted.

after finally realizing you don't put in the delivery address until after you've paid for the flowers everything worked fine. The delivery was timely the arrangement was beautiful the recipient was very happy.

Delivery service was very good and the flowers were excellent. Three comments that could help improve the overall 1 improve the flower wrapping 2 include a complimentary flower feed sachet with the bunch 3 hand write the greetings card so it's less 'industrial'
