Nice flowers but wrong delivery date

Nice flowers and easy to order. However they were delivered on the wrong date and the flowers received looked less stunning than the photos shown on the website. Also quite expensive.

I saw this company with outstanding…

I saw this company with outstanding reviews and a glowing reputation and thought I would try it as sending flowers to a loved one in a different country can be challenging at times. The flowers I expected would be fresh and left in the hands of people who would care about the delivery. I was however mistaken the flowers that were delivered were not only not fresh but the stems and leaves seemed rotten with soft black tissue appearing around the stem. The delivery was also handled poorly, upon texted and informing my partner that the flowers were delivered, they left them on the pavement in the sun. Now I cannot lie the complaints and customer service side of things are as professional as they come, not only did they apologise for the outcome, they also gave me a small refund and a discount coupon for my next order (however, I am sad to say I will not be returning).

Poor Quality of Flowers

When the rose arrived they were very dried out and needed water immediatly. I did not spend money for poor old roses. I epected them to be fresh and beautiful. The person who received the flowers had to water them to enjoy them. ChinaFlower214 needs to remove this florist from their list of vendors and I will now hesitate to use your company in the future. There appears to be no quality control in place and me as the customer and even worse the person I sent flowers to were both not pleased with your products that you sell.

Everything is good, but the delivery time is too close to the due time at 12 PM. Will come back again when needed.

My son never received his gifts!

No reply to request

I made a personal request using email (replied to the sender) and the message system provided. It is ok to deny my request. But I would thought a reply/response to reject me is better than silence.

Delivery of inferior quality chocolate

Delivery was as ordered but delivered an inferior chocolate instead of Ferrero Rocher as in the order. No apologies and have not responded to my complaint.

Not professionally presented

Very little flowers and the cake didn’t taste good. The card was just a tiny little card. Gave a bad impression in spite of spending all those money. Not going to use this site the next time

I’m very disappointed, I have ordered flowers and Cake. I never received the order also never received my money back, no customer service , their listed phone number is out of service, no one reply back to my emails. Be careful not to buy anything and waste your money .

ordered the flowers few days in advance…

ordered the flowers few days in advance but there are some old flowers in the 99 roses. Looks like the shop getting rid of leftover flowers. Packaging is also substandard like getting flowers in the market where vendors just use a piece of. brown paper to wrap up the purchase. Hope the next time flowers can be consistently fresh. Tks

The flowers supplied were a poor example of what your picture showed on your website. So not worth the money
