DISAPPOINTING

Most disappointing flower I have never seen in life! The flowers are not very fresh! the flower stem is so short but the vase is so tall! And wrote email also no reply! I demand a full refund as soon as possible!

It was an important day for a loved one and China flowers made it easy to be able to show my love from afar. Fast, efficient, courteous and even made a last moment delivery location change all with ease. I would recommend to others and use again myself. Thanks

USELESS. WASTE OF MY MONEY.

You guys didnt even put the reciepient name on the package and did not even call the reciepient's phone number. She only got her flowers end of the day when the flower was almost wilted. Regret using this service. WASTE OF MONEY. Will never use this again.

Disappointing experience but rectified.

UPDATE: I filed a report with PayPal and my payment was refunded within hours by ChinaFlower214. So I am revising my review to two stars. I would probably try another vendor next time. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered Poinsettias for delivery with the understanding it could take up to four days for the order to be processed. I requested a status update after 11 days with no response. I requested a refund two days later with no response. I now have to file a complaint with PayPal to hopefully recover my payment. Disappointing.

The picture on the website showed dark pink roses but came with light pink roses. The image of the banquet was different but the flowers are fresh. Cake is small but delicious.

I had a issue with this company. This company were response on timely. But it was not enough explanation. Finally, it was my fault. But their follow up is somewhat not satisfied.

I paid for a Deluxe wrapping, and the flowers arrived in a vase with water. I had to go get a wrapping

Customer service did not respond to email. BIRTHDAY CARD I had attached to order was not delivered with cake. Disappointed !.

Bait and Switch

Vase of the flower delivered completely different than what is sold in the picture. Instead of a thin, coloured vase I got a large, wide mouthed, colourless jar basically. They said they have the right to substitute and said it was of equal value. Read the disclaimer as they like to take advantage of them.
