Great service

Great service! This morning I ordered the flower to my family in China (remember it was actually evening in China already) and wished it can be delivered at the same night in China because my family has a plan next day and won't be home. However, the system didn't allow me to choose the same day I guess it is already a little late. So I added some additional request but didn't put much hope. Unbeliever that Chinaflower214 did it! My family just got the flower at night! Very grateful for your hard work Chinaflower214! Very impressive!

I did purchase from your shop since 2018 and so far flowers such as orchid were in good shape. This time I order a flower stand for our Shenzhen branch opening. I found 1/3 of the flowers are not fresh enough. Some disappointment this time.

Was very happy with the delivered product. Beautiful. Had a couple of difficulties supplying a mainland cell as we were from OS and didn’t have one. Managed to get one for recipient and the flowers delivered promptly. Very happy.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Paid for the goods as normal upon checkout, however was then told 1 DAY PRIOR TO DELIVERY that I would need to fork out extra for them to be delivered as the address wasn't in the city. I paid, but advised I would be requesting a refund for this charge as it should've been present in the original order price given they had the address. They then proceeded to cancel my ordered completely, leaving me with no present for the special occasion.

Good price and choice. But, they sometimes require a strange surcharge for the delivery distance. I don't like the delivery report. If you need to deliver a visitor to the hotel, please make sure that the transfer is executed. But they always leave a bouquet at the reception. I don't like it.

Outstanding service as per normal.

Again and again i am surprised by this company. I ordered some plants to be delivered for my girlfriend and they advised me there was a mandatory waiting time of up to two days but they would see what they could do…….delivered within 8 hours!! Love you guys and gals. Without a doubt one of my favourite sale sites. 10/10

Absolutely unsatisfied experience

1) I ordered an additional 10 stems of roses to my original order of 11 roses and the result was 20 stems, one stem short. 2) On their website the picture shows loads of baby breath all around the roses but the real thing was one single limp stem of bb breath. 3) The picture was under the category of " in a vase " and that was one of the reasons I chose it, so the flowers would look amazing --- 21 plump roses nicely arranged with luscious bb breath all erected in a vase--but the real delivery was 20 odd stems of roses + one sorry stem of bb breath wrapped in some lame paper laying OUTSIDE an empty vase. 4) The handwriting on the card was ugly, and worse still, there was an error and they merely crossed it out without even bothered to use a fresh cardboard and re-write the whole thing, so the resulting message was a crossed-out text in unsightly penmanship. 5) I had to email many times before someone replied to my complaint. 6) The only good that came out in the end was the flower shop eventually apologised ( they could not evade cos I had submitted pictures to prove my stance ) and refunded a small % of the money paid.

Excellent Customer Service Today

I have used this company for several years and always excellent. However, I had an issue with a Valentine’s delivery today. Not the company’s fault but rather the local florist they were using. Responses to my query were promptly answered and everything satisfactorily resolved. I will definitely continue to use Chinaflower24
