Great platform and Escrow services

I purchased their 2014 Daytona

I purchased their 2014 Daytona, but after receiving it, I discovered that the watch has a 2010 serial/production code. Before the purchase, they refused to provide the serial number and did not disclose the production year. Only after receiving the watch did I realize there was a major discrepancy between the represented date and the actual warranty card period. In the end, they insisted that I either bear the return shipping cost myself or accept compensation of only 150 USD. Either they intentionally concealed this information, or they were simply unprofessional and unable to distinguish between the production year and the sale date. That said, the condition of the watch does match the photos, and there is no issue with the watch itself.

Many functions are not clear

Many functions are not clear, which easily confuses people. There are also many contradictory points. But it is still a good software. Hope it can be improved!

Excellent experience buying my watch

I could find the watch I was looking for relatively easy. The filters are quite exhaustive - quite intuitive. I can find solid, verifiable information about the seller as well. I would like to see the PayPal payment method but I can also live without it. The escrow account helps releasing the pressure I felt when verifying that the watch was real.

Good choices of watches, Bad transaction experience

Good choices of watches. For Chrono24 added value - Payment is complex with some countries and rules of payment (bill address same as delivery address) is very annoying. - Impossible for the vendor to send the watch to a different address than bill address. - No Automatic Taxes calculation betwene countries -> i get bad surprise of a +50% import taxes on the watch !
