I thought I ordered a Hilpert heated vest
I ordered a Hilpert heated vest, or at least I thought I did. It took weeks to get my product. I could instantly tell that the extra large that I ordered for my husband was not going to fit. When attempting to get an address to return the product, I was told I would be responsible for shipping, which would be an astronomical amount of money, or they would just give me an eight dollar refund. I refused. Still in the process of figuring out what is going on but I have my doubts. I’m thinking I may have been scammed. The only upside is that I did receive the vest. Not sure if it works yet though.

Sursell shoes = FAKE
The image of Sursell shoes is totally different than what shipped from China. The 'cork' was poor quality rubber and the shoes were very different than their ads. Do not buy from this company. Took 2 months to receive and their sursell.com email is not valid.
No integrity - buyer beware!
I ordered two pairs of sandals and was looking forward to them for vacation. They arrived and were way too large for me. I emailed the support email provided on the website 3 times. They never responded. Would not recommend buying from them. The quality of the shoes was not great either - they had a terrible smell.

Do NOT purchase anything. Took forever and then the shoes were not correct size - their response was that I should by $35 shipping for replacement or they'd give me credit of $8 on another order. Very non-responsive, slow to respond if ever.

I purchased a pair of sneakers and they were slow getting to me, but about the time it takes for a package to come from overseas. I am very happy with my sneakers, they are orthopedic shoes and fit very well. I wear them often and would like to order another pair. rileyhm
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered sandals. They were too wide. The RETURN Shipping address on the package was 5215 S Boyle Avenue Vernon CA 90058. When I tried to return them I was told they had to be shipped to China. US Post Office will not ship to China and the Fed Ex charges would be $148.00. They offered an $8 credit. Paypal was no help. There is no indication on the website that these were coming from China.
Where is my order?
I wrote this review earlier in the day asking about my order and complaining about the lack of communication from this company. Well guess what, the shoes were in my mailbox at the end of the day! I am glad to have received them, they fit me and I will keep them but the quality isn't the greatest. Think I am done ordering from companies I have never heard of. Thank you, PK

This has to be one of the worst products (shoes), I've ever ordered! Beware, they a cheap, cheap, cheap. The first shoe I tried on the strap broke because it was sewen with one flimsy thread! You've been warned. Dina B

I purchased "arch support" shoes for $44. IT'S A JOKE! I would be too embarrassed to sell these. What are they thinking? I wouldn't even buy these shoes at a dollar store. Trying to get my money back now. We shall see. I might be back to review their customer service. At least I paid using PayPal and so I know my purchase is protected.
