Bought a cubot pocket

Bought a cubot pocket, its a amazing phone, very compact yet powerful, fast and very reliable, I absolutely love it, amazing phone cute little phone, well done cubot

delivered as ordered

delivered as ordered, super fast 30-12/03-01 pl-nl p3 was nicely packed in secured bag. was 53% filled with juice. no damage, i've installed the p3 at once and every thing is working fine. i will recommend first the Pocket 3 mini for the quality of such a great piece of Technic. and sec Cubot, for there service and the ability to make this happen

The ordering process totally failed for this UK customer

I placed an order on the 29th for UK versions of two Cubot phones. The payment was taken but the order was not dispatched. I tried to contact them via the chat, email and online form and found it took around a day to get a reply. I was told the UK versions were out of stock and that they would need to be sent from Hong Kong with an incompatible charger. I checked their store and it was showing the UK versions as in stock and still allowed me to add them to the basket. I told them this and they checked again but apparently there definitely wasn't stock. The order was already 2 weeks ago at this point and if delivered from HK would have taken around 2 more weeks, incurred customs charges and had an incompatible charger. I had to cancel the order in the end, which is a shame as I have had Cubot phones before and they've been good. I may order their products again from a different retailer but this experience has totally put me off ordering directly from their site. I had intended to review these phones on my channel but sadly I find myself writing this review instead. I give 2 stars purely as the products I had previously were good and the replies I got regarding this order were friendly, however they did contradict the information given on the official store page! Update. After waiting 3 weeks there was still no stock and the order was still 'unfulfilled'. I eventually got a reply and a full refund was given.

Great phones for the price

Great phones for the price, decent specs and excellent build quality. You can't go wrong with this brand, been a Cubot fan for a few years.

Perfect size phone. It finally has NFC! It's a pity that the fingerprint reader is missing.

i love cubot phones because it is very unique for me and aside from that it is durable. no wonder it is my dream phone! no words can express my love for this phone but i can't afford it the only way i can have it is joining your give aways hope u choose me.

10 years + of Cubot phones

I have had cubot phones for the last 10 years+ and have never had a bad one. I upgrade every year and recommend Cubot to everyone I know.
