Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the stress this caused during such a critical time. At Day Translations, we have spent over 18 years successfully supporting thousands of clients through sensitive legal and immigration matters, and we deeply regret that we fell short of our standards on this occasion. Providing rare languages like Amharic requires highly specialized linguists. While we always maintain contingency plans, an unforeseen logistical failure occurred that prevented us from securing a qualified backup in time for your rescheduled date. This is not a reflection of our usual reliability, and we have already taken internal action to strengthen our emergency protocols for specialized languages. We have already issued a full, expedited refund of your $460 to ensure you were not financially burdened by this failure. Furthermore, we remain fully committed to supporting your case; if a formal declaration from our company regarding this logistical error would assist in securing a new interview date, please reach out to us directly. We are here to help you move forward. Sincerely, The Day Translations Team
