3 stars only because they waited until the last last to find me a interpreter for a uscis Interview, their refund polices are a joke and will typically want to charge you more if you exceed your time but won’t refund you for unused time. Submitted payment and confirmed with them maybe 2 weeks prior to the event date and it wasn’t until the day before the event that they finally had someone , it’s too risky and not reliable. I tried emailing or contacting them on WhatsApp and they don’t answer for sh*t. I’m glad it’s over with but definitely not returning to this nerve wrecking company.
