I think it's good if you want to create a logo you will find everything that you need, unfortunately, the free subscription is not very good
in a free edit and design you can still produce the best logo, what if you pay for it

Was looking for a free logo for our HOA. This seemed to work. The catch is to get the "free" logo, you must post an ad for them on Social Media. Ok...I did it. And I knew they were not giving me the top of the line quality....but what they sent still says "click here to edit" right in the middle. Really??? Useless.

I designed two logos and kept having issue after issue. The program kept changing my logo and then after paying for the highest package for both designs, I had trouble downloading. I always emailed and David at first was great, always getting back to me. I kept having an issue my with one logo and even David had a hard time figuring out what was wrong. After finally figuring out the problem, I was going to have to change my design which is something that I did not want to do. The program wasn't as advanced as I needed it to be to to achieve my original design. David then told me to "create a better design" which is extremely insulting. I had spent so much time Bad I I designing what I wanted and I did not want to just change it. I requested my money back but he refused saying that it was way past the seven day mark. They only give you seven days to be satisfied with this program! So after having all these issues for 5 months and David helping me, he was not willing to refund my money. They basically stole $80 from me. I deleted both of my logos because now I want nothing to do with a program or company that has such a bad business practice. My suggestion is to go to a different design software where they stand behind their customers.

well they marketed it as free i loved the logo i made just not the price they tried to sell it for
You can use all of the resources for free and can download logos for free with a low resolution. If you need more feature, you can purchase the basic or plus package.
It is unfortunate to have such a good tool but it does not comply with what it says. I've been requesting my money back in less than 7 days for two days, depending on the site's policy, but the support does not respond and when it takes, it takes more than 24 hours to respond. Still waiting for my reenbolso. Do not hire DesignEvo services. I am so far without believing what you are capable of.

Unacceptable!!!! I have just spent valuable $50 for my logo to be able to download high resolution version of it but every time I do, a winzip window pops up obligating me to buy & pay again for something I did not ask for!!! I want my money back!!!!! Is this a scam or what?????
