Thank you for your feedback. Dr. Doug Weiss holds a doctorate in psychology and is a licensed psychologist in the state of Colorado. To become a licensed psychologist, an individual must complete a doctoral degree from an approved program, fulfill extensive supervised clinical training, pass the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP), and meet all state licensure requirements. These rigorous standards ensure that only qualified professionals can practice as licensed psychologists. A psychologist cannot be licensed without first earning a doctorate, and Dr. Weiss has met and exceeded all of these requirements. His degrees, licensure, and certifications are displayed in his office, as is standard practice. We value transparency and credibility in the work we do. If you have any further questions or concerns, we would be happy to address them through the appropriate channels. Additionally, if you’d like, one of our managers would be glad to offer a tour of our facility and show you where Dr. Weiss’s credentials are displayed.
