Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry the shipping rebate offer caused confusion during checkout. We understand how frustrating it can be when an offer isn't presented as clearly as expected, especially when you're placing a gift order. We appreciate your feedback regarding the visibility and wording of the offer. Based on the information you've shared, it appears the charge may be related to a third-party promotional offer rather than a charge from our website. While we're unable to manage or make changes to third-party promotions, we'd be happy to review your order and help clarify what occurred. If you haven't already, please contact our Customer Love Team by phone at 877-858-4586 or email us at [email protected] with your order details. We hope your gift arrives just as expected, and we'd appreciate the opportunity to assist in any way we can.
