Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the support team for their prompt and helpful assistance, noting that staff members go above and beyond to answer questions accurately. Consumers also love the vast selection of quality items and greatly appreciate the fast, clear guidance provided during daily business interactions. However, some reviewers were not happy with occasional delays, mentioning that quotes take days before products are listed as unavailable. Other people also experienced issues with long shipping times, poor product quality, and difficulties syncing items properly for external online sales platforms.

Kaylee is without question the best agent i have ever worked with

I have worked with multiple agents for multiple suppliers however, i have stayed with Kaylee at Eprolo for close to 8 months now. Their prices are very reasonable but the way they look out for me as a client is incredible. She always lets me know if there is a more cost efficient/faster way to deliver products, or if there are other opportunities in different markets etc. She handles the bulk inventory/ordering and keeps tabs on things to make sure they always are running smoothly so i can focus my time on scaling, testing new products etc. I would HIGHLY reccomend giving them a shot
