I made a will for Singapore assets but live in Thailand - I bought the Superior package and made a dumb mistake completing the will -the Ezwills team provided instant advice and because it was the Superior package I amended the will at no extra cost. A very good product with great service.

very convenient and easy to use Will update since it was a simple amendment i need it done asap without making an appointment with a lawyer and their fees for someone as simple I can do it myself and get 2 witnesses to sign the new updated WILL.

the preparation of a simple will which i did has been smooth . But I thought they should allow us to review the final before it can be down loaded for any spelling mistake . Also not very clear instruction as to how a jt holding assets can be willed .

On your comment that we have 'not very clear instructions as to how to deal with jointly held assets' in your Will there is a pop up note shown at the start which states : "Real estate that is held as a joint tenant and some jointly held assets like investments or money in joint bank accounts also cannot be given away under your Will." This platform made the Will writing process become so much easier. The team also responded promptly to my queries raised and addressed all my concerns in an easy-to-understand way via emails. The service is excellent and charges very reasonable price. It's highly recommended to people who wanna make a Will and deem that their Wills are not too sophisticated.
I have arrived at the doorsteps of Ezwills through a search. My situation was complex, but I was not turned away at the door. I enquired further if my context is applicable to Ezwills products. They were helpful in directing me to the right source. Few businesses do this anymore. And this is the right way to do things. All I can say is that a good man runs this business. Easy to use and support is responsive. When I make some typo (without knowing), Ezwills support contacted me and willing to go the extra mile to refund and for me to correct it again. One improvement is that the pdf generated could also auto send to our email as a backup copy after payment.

Hello there. You have received the Will that was made for you and do not appear to have any issues with the Will itself. You have contacted us by email after you made your Will asking that we provide you with witnesses to witness your Will at no additional costs. We have responded to all your email queries already and explained everything to you. We're sorry that you did not seem to understand that your payment does not include personal services like witnessing your signature and submitting your Will details to the Wills Registry. Thank you all the same for using EzWills and for your honest review even if you gave us only 3 stars because you were expecting us to provide you with what would be personalised service and didn't understand EzWills is strictly self-service.
Firstly, I am glad to have come across your site through a digital search online for information regarding the making of a Will, not like writing one own's Will. After reading those informations presented which were surprisingly simple to grasp without much of a legal jargon and understand though not 100% even for a layman with no knowledge of the law. That has given me the confidence to wanting to make my own Will instead of engaging a lawyer which I initially thought should be the way to do even with the hassle and much time needed. So, after going through the exercise on "How It Works", I finally decided to proceed to making my own Will here. It was so easy and simple that any person could just do it and best part is that it wont take much of your time. Without hesitation will definitely recommend to person/s who want to make their own Will.
