Right Reading Reverse options and Materials Lists are considered extra fees on top of the base plan price. Our online order form displays these options at checkout. This is typical for any stock house plan ordered from us or any other broker. We see that you were properly refunded the entire purchase amount.

It’s common for the cost of modifications to exceed the base stock plan price, depending on the scope of the requested changes. The original cost to design and produce a complete set of plans is significantly higher than the stock plan price, as much of that expense has already been absorbed. When custom modifications are introduced, some of those initial design costs are effectively re-incurred, which is why modification pricing can exceed the stock plan cost.
