Terrible
I ordered a dress in March and have not received it yet. It is now May 6. I received another customers fabric swatches and my Fancy Ladies representative, Jesse, has done nothing to get me my package. It is the worst customer service I have ever received and I will never associate with this company again.

Usually, our orders with custom made dresses will take about 4~5 weeks to arrival from payment confirmation and other orders will take about 2~3 weeks to arrival after payment. I ordered my bridesmaid dresses and wasn't disappointed with the quality - only that they were badly crinkled upon arrival, but that would be expected with them being posted. It cost me more money to have them pressed, though. Communication was OK. Not happy with the time it took to make and deliver them, even though plenty of time was given they still seemed unconcerned about them getting here before the wedding date. They did arrive a week before, but that left minimal time and required alterations.
