Nice products, okay service.
I ordered my bridesmaid dresses and wasn't disappointed with the quality - only that they were badly crinkled upon arrival, but that would be expected with them being posted. It cost me more money to have them pressed, though. Communication was OK. Not happy with the time it took to make and deliver them, even though plenty of time was given they still seemed unconcerned about them getting here before the wedding date. They did arrive a week before, but that left minimal time and required alterations.
